Coastguard NZ welcomes Natalie Macaulay as new Head of Fundraising

We're excited to announce Natalie Macaulay has joined our team as our new Head of Fundraising, based in Auckland.

Natalie joins Coastguard New Zealand with more than 20 years’ experience in the charity and not-for-profit sector, most recently with Auckland Philharmonic Orchestra as Director of Development where she led numerous successful fundraising campaigns and its annual appeal program. Previously, Natalie was Head of Philanthropy at World Vision and Marketing and Fundraising Manager at Hospice.

Coastguard New Zealand Chief Executive Callum Gillespie said Natalie's vast experience and knowledge within the charity and non-for-profit sector make her a great fit for Coastguard.

"We are delighted to welcome a fundraiser of Natalie’s experience and reputation into our life-saving whānau. Alongside the support we receive from our partners, Coastguard relies on fundraising to support our search and rescue, water safety and education activities and so we are excited about the innovation and growth that she will bring to this vital area of our organisation," he said.
