By giving monthly, you provide the steady support that keeps our volunteers trained, our boats maintained and equipped, and our radios ready to respond.

why we need your support

Each year we need to raise over $30 million for the training, rescue gear, medical supplies and support that keep our volunteers rescue-ready.

VOLUNTEERS RESCUE FIVE FROM WATER FOLLOWING CAPSIZE
"I wouldn't have seen my little girl again."

In February 2022, AP and his mates never expected to end up in the water after their vessel capsized off Kawau Island. In a race against time, AP dove under the hull to activate his emergency beacon, alerting Coastguard to the scene. Fortunately, everyone was wearing lifejackets and volunteers could pick them up safely from the water.
