1. The Promoter
The prize draw is organised by Royal New Zealand Coastguard Incorporated, Registered Charity CC36138, located at 3 Solent Street, Mechanics Bay, Auckland 1010 (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
• The prize draw is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
• No purchase necessary.
• To enter, complete and submit the online entry form available on this page.
• The competition opens on 15 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 18th May 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.
4. The Prize
• One (1) winner will receive a fishing day experience aboard the Holy Ship with Fishing and Adventure's Scott and Mig, along with the Coastguard crew, including a provided lunch.
• The experience is subject to weather and availability. The date of the prize day will be arranged in consultation with the winner.
• If the prize is has not used by 15 December 2025, it will no longer be available.
• Travel to and from the departure location is not included unless otherwise specified.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
• The winner will be contacted via email (or other contact information provided) within 3 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.
6. Data Protection
• Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
• By entering the prize draw, you consent to the Promoter sharing your name and contact details with Fishing and Adventure. The Promotor and Fishing and Adventure may use this information to send you marketing communications by email or other channels.
• You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting Hunting and Fishing directly for their communications and in the case of the Promotor's communications, please follow the same process using Coastguard channels.
• If you are drawn as the winner, by submitting your entry, you consent to your name being announced publicly within channels chosen by the Promotor and Fishing and Adventure. 
7. General
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions where necessary.
• The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third-party social media platforms used for promotion.
