Prize draw terms and conditions

  • The Century Marine Pro Battery Prize Draw is open to all current National Coastguard Members only.
  • The Prize Draw commences on Tuesday 4 February 2025 and closes at 11.59pm Tuesday 11 February 2025.
  • To enter the Prize Draw, you must share the Century Batteries “Quick battery maintenance tips” video from Coastguard's Facebook page tagging in both @coastguardnz and @centurybatteriesnz in your post before midnight on Tuesday 11 February 2025.
  • The Prize for the Century Marine Pro Battery Prize Draw is one Century Marine Pro 780 battery valued at $487.00. The supplier reserves the right to substitute a similar product if no longer available.
  • The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The winner will be selected by random draw at Coastguard, 3 Solent Street, Mechanics Bay, Auckland on Wednesday 12 February 2025.
  • The winner will be contacted via Facebook by 5pm on Wednesday 12 February 2025 and must provide their contact information and address within 48 hours of the announcement. Failure to respond or provide the necessary information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
  • By entering the Prize Draw, the winner agrees to Coastguard providing Century Batteries with their contact details so Century Batteries can send the prize out to the winner.
  • The Prize will be sent to the winner by Century Batteries at the address provided within a reasonable time frame, subject to availability.
  • By entering the Prize Draw, the winner agrees that their name and city may be announced publicly on Coastguard's and Century Battery’s website, marketing emails and/or social media platforms for promotional purposes.
  • The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  • The organiser may cancel or suspend the Prize Draw at any time, without notice, due to technical or other issues beyond its control.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
